Gotta say, I love this place's environment and its decoration. It just made my heart warm for some reasons. The place was clean. Bathroom is spacious and hygenic.
Staffs are very friendly. There are two sections: the bar and a proper dine-in resraurant.
The best part was the food. Omg!! I love my meal ( cant remember the name) , I highly recommend this dish ( in the picture). Honestly, I am very stingy with compliments toward food when we dine- out; espectually, if there menu is considered $$$. The pasta, hands up, was delicious.
However, I was disappointed with their cream brelee because the caramilised sugar on top was as thin as a piece of paper. The dish came with bitscotti , which was thick and, with respect, was some unenjoyable biscuit that should never have been called bitscotti.
Anyhow, we were all happy :)
FSC has an excellent venue and views. The food was enjoyable and the staff co operative. An enjoyable lunch and my guests appreciated it all.
However! The club is not a disco. The young staff have an annoying habit of turning the background music up too loud and that makes conversation difficult. People come to the club to converse, not have to shout over loud background music!
Finally what happened to a proper garden salad? One with iceberg lettuce, copious tomato, cucumber etc. The one I was served had no resemblance to such and I returned it untouched. No response from the kitchen to my disparaging comments as to why it was uneaten.
We have had lunch at Fremantle Sailing Club 2 Sundays in a row. Both times we have had fabled food, and very friendly staff. The environment is exceptional and lots of different places to sit, eat, drink and be merry.
I had Spanish mackerel and then spotted emperor, both very tasty and a good helping.
My husband had pork curry the first week and ordered a scotch fillet burger, but instead received a scotch fillet meal.
Receiving the wrong order is our only complaint. The meal was still delicious, but much more expensive.
Our friends that we had lunch with this week were all very happy with their meals.
Thank you to everyone from the reception desk to waitstaff, chefs and anyone else I have forgotten.
Private function. The buffet lunch was tasty. The meat was 5-star delicious. Cute dessert buffet with bite-sized pieces, so we could taste several without feeling greedy!
I bring friends here often as it is relaxing and very pleasant. The service is wonderful and as are all the staff, particularly Scott, who always remembers me 🥰 Can’t beat the view and restaurant outlook which is made even more spectacular when the dolphins are around. A very special place. …
Fabulous Saturday 25 November 2023 dinner at FSClub, great place to catch up with friends wonderful ambience..food delicious & service excellent as usual, welcoming & unobtrusive. Well done Scott's team!!!
My late husband was a long time club member and the Club kindly allowed me to bring a family group to lunch to acknowledge his birthday.
It was a positive experience in every way.
The staff were exceptionally professional, the service and food were of a very high standard.
Well done FSC.
Went here with school, and had to pay $60. The food we received was far below the quality expected with that price tag. There wasn’t enough food, the bacon was burnt, the beans were cold and the eggs looked like vomit. Don’t bother coming here, go to Maccas instead. The breakfast would be better and a LOT cheaper.
